We have a long tradition for producing the special "Danish Salami". Today we still produce our Salami after the same methods and recipes as we have used for centuries. Since we started our production in 1950, our recipes have been passed on from generation to generation. Our Salami is still the prefered Salami by the Danes and is also valued by consumers world-wide.
